Unit 2 & 2A South Ring Business Park, Kinsale Road

Our main studio is located in the South Ring Business Park on the Kinsale Road Roundabout opposite Smyth’s Toys.

The studio spans 7000 square feet over two floors and is the largest, privately owned performing arts facility in the city and county. 

The studio consists of; 

• Three multi purpose dance / drama / musical theatre studios with floor to ceiling mirrors
• Three singing studios with piano keyboard. 
• Male and female changing facilities and toilets on both floors
• Study room 
• Reception area
• 2 Costume Rooms with over 10,000 costumes
• 2 Prop Rooms 

In addition all studios are fitted with Harlequin dance floors - recognised as world leaders in advanced technology flooring for dance and the performing arts.
